The tradition of our olive oil dates back to 1992. Our family was one of the first to grow olives in this area. A generation before that was involved in the olive story.
We carefully nurture the long tradition handed down to us and upgrade our knowledge, and on these foundations we build our story, the story of the brand Lisjak-extra virgin olive oil.
We harvest the olives by hand and, in just a few hours, cold-processed olive oil of the highest quality is squeezed out of them.
We have our own oil mill and we also process olives for other customers. We are part of the IFs certification body, which ensures the highest level of traceability and product quality.
Our mission is to offer the highest quality olive oil and at the same time to educate about olive oil and the importance of quality only.
For this purpose, we also offer a wide range of tasting packages and visits to our olive estate, and we will be delighted if you come to visit us. :)
We offer a range of unique extra virgin olive oils. Our line consists of the following products: Amelie, Gold, Cuvee, Istrska Belica, Lemon, Orange, Garlic, Onion, Chili, Truffle, Herbs, POISON, and two oils one love (olive-pumpkin oil).

Amélie is our most gentle oil. It is pressed from olives of our best plantations. The oil is delicate, suitable for combining with dishes of delicate flavors.

Gold is a blend of our most prized olive varieties. Hand-harvested olives are cold-pressed and filtered immediately. It is suitable for enjoyment and everyday pampering of our taste buds.
